Evans Built was founded in 2011 following the sale of Evans Harch Pty Ltd, a highly successful commercial construction and development company spanning over thirty years in the industry. Following the sale of their company, Sean and Matthew formed Evans Built with a focus on construction, project management and development projects in their local Sunshine Coast area, as well as regional areas throughout Queensland. Since 2011, Evans Built has delivered: Two commercial and retail developments in Buderim Stage One of Deception Bay Shopping Centre Redevelopment Sunshine Coast Grammar School refurbishments Numerous specialised medical and tenancy fitouts New service stations in Townsville and North MacLean Truck Maintenance Facility with Unmanned Refueling Station, Townsville The company is currently completing: VW Dealership Maroochydore New Leaf Early Learning Centre, Alexandra Headland Pulse Oceanside six level medical development, Kawana Peregian Village Market (and IGA) New service stations in Moranbah and Townsville Parmalat milk distribution facilities at Coolum Beach (complete) and Bundaberg Augusta Village (and IGA) New 7-Eleven Service Centre development, Virginia With numerous projects in design the company is looking toward a positive and successful future.
