The company has performed construction for public and private use, specializing in full facility renovation in the healthcare industry. Ethic prides itself on the ability to self-perform all phases of any project which makes us unique. In other words, we don't need to rely on any one to complete a job, combine that with passion for what we do and a true team approach and you'll find a very different type of construction company. Ethic's services include blueprint and bid review, subcontractor selection and award, budgeting and estimating, project scheduling, AIA contracts and billing, pre-construction planning, maintenance programs, project management and progress reporting. Ethic's projects both completed and in progress can be found across the state of New York, they include facilities on Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn Bronx, New Rochelle, Wappingers Falls, Goshen, Fishkill and Buffalo. Our goal is to keep growing provided that our quality of work is superior. Ultimately our success is measured by the quality of work on our projects. After the completion of each project there must remain a satisfied client, one who will ask us to perform the next project and recommend us to others. Ethic is determined to be the only name thought of when a construction project arises. Photo
