ETC - Enterprise & Training Company is a community-oriented, not-for-profit provider of employment, training, and business services. Our mission is to empower individuals by helping them overcome personal challenges and develop the skills needed for sustainable employment. As a Workforce Australia Employment Services Provider, we are contracted to deliver government employment services, including Self-Employment Assistance, Transition to Work, and Career Transition Assistance. Our content does not necessarily represent the views of the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. We are also an Inclusive Employment Australia provider in Bundaberg QLD, Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah NSW. Our Parent Pathways program offers personalised assistance and financial support to eligible parents and carers of children up to 6 years old in the Brisbane South-East, Somerset, and Gold Coast regions. ETC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6998), offering nationally accredited training courses in Community Services, Business, Retail, and Hospitality. We also deliver the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program across the Wivenhoe region, providing free language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills training to eligible Australians. Our Employment Services include specialised programs for youth, mature-age individuals, parents and carers, business support, and disability services.
