Following a successful period as a listed company, it was acquired and taken private in October 2025, by the global Laumann Group, a leader in high-quality industrial solutions. Epwin Group has grown both organically and by acquisition to become the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building products for the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement, social housing and new build markets in the UK.
