The Mom Project is a talent community of 2M+ highly engaged, impact-driven professionals, anchored by moms and evolved to include parents, caregivers, and other exceptional professionals. We call them MOMs: Makers of Momentum. Inspired by mission, driven by purpose, fueled by impact, our members bring in-demand superpowers, resilience, and a bias for execution that drive real business results across hiring, engagement, and partnerships. First, a handful of women came together, and then that handful became hundreds, the hundreds became thousands, and through friends telling friends, MomsRising is now more than a million members strong and growing! At MomsRising, here's what we know: Every single one of us can have an impact. And together we are a powerful force. We take on the most critical issues facing women, mothers, & families by mobilizing massive grassroots actions to: * Bring the voices & real world experiences of women & mothers straight to our nation's leaders; * Amplify women's voices & issues in the national dialogue & in the media across all platforms (from print, to radio, to blogs, social media, & more); * Accelerate grassroots impact on Capitol Hill & at state capitols across the country; * Hold corporations accountable for fair treatment of women and mothers & for ensuring the safety of their products. How are we unique? MomsRising combines the best of American innovation and ingenuity. We're a transformative online and on-the-ground multicultural organization of more than 1 million members & over a hundred aligned organizations working to increase family economic security, to end discrimination against women and mothers, and to build a nation where both businesses and families can thrive. MomsRising is also a new media outlet with over 1000 bloggers and a combined estimated blogging and social media readership reach of over 3 million people.

At SheEO we are here to transform ourselves and systems by collectively working on the World's To-Do List. We started in Canada in 2015 to demonstrate a radically redesigned model to get capital (all forms of capital) into the hands of women and non-binary innovators. At the time ~3% of venture capital and 4% of bank loans went to women. It has since backslid even further with COVID exacerbating deeply biased systems and structures. Over the years, SheEO has grown to 5 countries (Canada, US, New Zealand, Australia, UK) and evolved to formally recognize and support non-binary individuals as Activators and Ventures. Our collective purpose has also grown - from funding entrepreneurs to also shifting our mindsets, decolonizing ourselves, rooting in Indigenous wisdom and racial justice, and using our power to build equitable systems. To date, we have funded 100+ brilliant innovators and we are creating ecosystems wherever we operate to ensure those who have been put to the margins are supported to co-create a world that works for all.
