Enigmascore is simply a new way to recruit people. It can effectively interview hundreds of applicants and quickly create shortlists. It can ask any type of question, including dependent questions and questions that get an opinion, and it has an extensive library of built-in assessments which measure attitude, interest, soft skills and psychometric traits. EnigmaScore has been developed in Kenya, by Kenyans and is being used by companies like KFC as well as companies in the human resource and healthcare sector. EnigmaScore also runs a successful program promoting Kenyan university students. Using EnigmaScore to interview the thousands of IT students from across Kenya's 28 universities, we can quickly identify the talented, motivated and effective students and offer them a place in our mentor-led developer community. This has created some excellent software developers, many of whom are now employed as developers by companies such as Google, Microsoft and Safaricom. We are planning to launch EnigmaScore in Great Britain, initially to healthcare organisations, as well as offering remote developers to UK IT companies. We are also looking for investment funding.
