EndAbuse4Good Information

EndAbuse4Good, formerly known as Beauty Cares, is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending domestic abuse against women, teens and children. Our approach is two-fold: preventing abuse before it begins and helping survivors break free from the cycle. All of EndAbuse4Good's campaigns and programs are based upon our Education = Prevention model. The Education = Prevention Tour is a one-hour interactive workshop designed to encourage healthy and constructive dialogue about teen dating abuse. During the 2013-2014 academic year alone, EndAbuse4Good reached 1,500 students, nearly half of whom knew someone suffering in an abusive relationship. In Fall of 2015, EndAbuse4Good begins production of the innovative Education = Prevention Curriculum, a Common Core State Standard-aligned program that merges performance art, pop culture, technology and multimedia with traditional education models to educate teens and adolescents about dating abuse. This curriculum will be available, free of charge, to grammar and high schools nationwide so that no student will graduate high school without a fundamental understanding of the signs and mechanics of dating abuse.
