Founded in 2015 by leading-edge pioneers of self-organization in Europe and the USA, encode.org provides proven models, rules, agreements, and methodologies for purpose-driven organizations striving to fully distribute authority and ownership across the whole organizational system. encode.org’s framework, the For-Purpose Enterprise (FPE) is the only existing enterprise model that fully eliminates power-over (from the legal and fiduciary, over the organizational to the people container).
