Terra Core International will build global expertise in the application of hyperspectral imaging (HSI) for capturing and interpreting mineralogical image data for the metals and energy exploration markets. It will provide HSI software and services that improve core logging and its value by increasingly automating the process, making results faster, more reliable and more easily stored and shared. Terra Core International believes that HSI solutions are the future of core logging as they address the high cost, slow throughput, inconsistent results and difficulty in logging, sharing and interpreting log data as well as the increasing shortage of supply of skilled geologists available for core logging.
