Envpark started as Encarp in 2006 developing innovative parking solution. The first one was 'bay booking systems' for employee parking. It was followed by several products such as low cost parking guidance system, display of council maps on Bing / Google / Sensis maps by simply uploading the GIS data, parking management solutions that integrate event tickets, ticketing machines, cameras, boom gates, infringement systems to provide a seamless parking management solution to city councils, event venues, shopping centres, hospitals, universities, workplaces, property and facility managers, parking owners, parking operators and many others. Envpark is ‘commercial off the shelf (COTS)’ product for employee parking, hot desking, e-permits, online booking and ticketing. With our app / web system for employee parking, you can easily manage parking, hot desks, lockers, EV chargers, entry / exit, booking, allocation, FBT, Salary Sacrifice, apply custom rules such as weekly / daily allocations, group bookings etc. Envpark’s design allows it to be used to easily manage, from one parking bay to thousands of bays spread across various locations and building levels. It is offered on a ‘SaaS’ basis with zero upfront fee and low ongoing fee. We customise the application and digitise parking layouts. You pay per month for the number of bays or hot desks and not users.
