Empathia provides individual and organizational services that maximize well-being, safety, and productivity in the workplace. We began in 1982 as an internal EAP for a regional medical center and by 1985 became a fast growing regional and national vendor. Today, we provide highly customized and successful behavioral health and emergency management programs for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. While still a prominent EAP provider, our service areas have expanded to include helping organizations grow their leaders and develop stronger workplace cultures, as well as providing specialized services that help organizations prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters.
