HR is the safe place for everyone else at work, which usually leaves nowhere safe for HR. Hebba Youssef has spent years talking honestly about that reality through I Hate It Here, her newsletter for 220K+ HR and People leaders. We built Safe Space to give those conversations somewhere to keep going: a private community of vetted HR and People leaders who are currently doing the job. With us, you can ask the questions you can't ask at work (anonymously, if it's that kind of question), swap resources with people who've been there, and say what the job is actually like to people who get it. If this sounds like the kind of place you’ve been missing, come join us. 💕

Environmental Health Trust researches and shares cutting edge science with the goal of promoting health and preventing disease one person, one community, and one nation at a time. EHT provides clear, science-based evidence that policymakers and community leaders can use to inform policies to promote health and prevent environmentally based disease. EHT's research findings are translated into shareable data points that health professionals, individuals, and community networks can use to educate local, state, and federal lawmakers and executives about controllable environmental health risks and common-sense changes needed to reduce those risks. Past multi-media projects include local and national campaigns to ban smoking and asbestos; exploration of the factors that lie behind puzzlingly high rates of fibroid tumors, breast cancer, and endometriosis in young African-American women; and environmental wellness programs in Wyoming and Pennsylvania to address the environmental impacts of energy development. Most recently, EHT has been helping businesses, universities, and schools at all levels create entertaining and informative materials on the established impacts of cell phone and wireless radiation on public health and ways to reduce risks from radiation exposure. EHT is led by Dr. Devra Davis, PhD,. MPH, an award-winning, internationally renowned scientist who also was the founding director of the Board on Environmental Studies and Toxicology of the U.S. National Research Council, National Academy of Sciences. Her most recent book, "Disconnect," provides shocking detail about the link between cell phone radiation and health damages, and has received kudos from experts around the world, and broad coverage by national news media in the U.S., Canada, Finland, Holland, Germany, Korea, and Japan.

Greenwave helps you reduce "dirty electricity" and tune your electrical environment! The explosion of electronics everywhere is generally considered to be a good thing. Yet, it has also led to the emergence of a potentially harmful form of electrical energy called DIRTY ELECTRICITY. This type of electrical energy is caused by electrical interference created by plugged-in electronics, which radiates from electrical circuits into the living environment. Scientists believe that the electrical spikes and power surges from dirty electricity trigger an immune system response and disturb human biology. In multiple scientific studies, dirty electricity has been associated with health impacts like ADHD, cancer, diabetes, asthma, sleep disturbances, mood issues, concentration and muscle/ joint pain. Dirty electricity is ubiquitous but the good news: it can be reduced by filtering it! Greenwave delivers both an innovative filtering solution and leading-edge metering tools. Greenwave EMI meters are designed to measure dirty electricity (electromagnetic interference - called EMI) in millivolts - and our filters are designed to clean-up this dirty electricity.
