Safe Space Information

HR is the safe place for everyone else at work, which usually leaves nowhere safe for HR. Hebba Youssef has spent years talking honestly about that reality through I Hate It Here, her newsletter for 220K+ HR and People leaders. We built Safe Space to give those conversations somewhere to keep going: a private community of vetted HR and People leaders who are currently doing the job. With us, you can ask the questions you can't ask at work (anonymously, if it's that kind of question), swap resources with people who've been there, and say what the job is actually like to people who get it. If this sounds like the kind of place you’ve been missing, come join us. 💕
