Transform is our now infamous programme where were challenge qualifying clients to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks. All our training is delivered in high octane classes with our professional trainers. No machines, no potions, no complicated equipment. Just a commitment to help people realise their potential. We currently have 5 studios across England; Newcastle, Cramlington, Stockton, Durham and Leeds.
