Elite Care Services, an established family run Nursing agency. We supply Hampshire and West Sussex with Nurses, Care Assistants, and domestics, and have done for over a decade. We provide you with the staff you require, when you need them, whether that is in 2 weeks or even 10 minutes. We strive to be there for our customers when you need us most. We can provide: Nurses that are experienced in working within a nursing home environment. Care Assistants who are trained to OUR high standards. Domestics, kitchen staff, and laundry staff. Training for your own staff by a qualified F.A.E.C.T trainer. Enhanced DBS checks for your own staff All of our staff are DBS checked, immigration checked, and referenced. They all undergo Moving and handling (theory and practical),ISA Adult first (which has now replaced P.O.V.A ), fire safety, personal care, assessment, C.O.S.H.H. and riddor, communication, health and safety, food hygiene, and induction before they are allocated to any shift. They also attend shadow training before they are allocated to any shifts, to ensure OUR level of quality is implemented. All staff are immigration checked for your peace of mind. Any level of staffing supply you require we will provide. We have transport that takes our staff to and from work, from their front door to yours, to make sure they arrive on time, every time, and we provide a high level of communication with our customers and strive to cover allocated shifts as soon as possible. We believe that communication is the key to helping you run your home as smoothly as possible. We can also do DBS checks for your own staff, as well as training on our premises, or if more convenient at your home. We go above and beyond the regulations required by CQC, even though nursing providers and agencies no longer fall into the scope of registration, as of October 2010.
