Consult-HR Information

At Consult-HR we have always seen our primary purpose to be supporting the HR community by finding HR Talent that is commercially focused, challenging and impactful, people who can add value to the business or organisation. How we do this depends upon the urgency, sensitivity and degree of difficulty. We have the full range of tools to deliver through search, advertising and database, all customised by rigorous Selections. We have been working closely with clients for 30 years consistently seeking to exceed expectations by going that extra mile to deliver results in all sorts of sectors and circumstances including competitive markets and hard to find people. In many areas of professional recruitment, a CV will tell you almost everything you need to know. Not so in HR recruitment where personality, emotional intelligence, style and approach can be as important as intellect and technical capability. It can be a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack. So you will be reassured by Consult-HR’s commitment to the hard yards and rigorous determination to getting the right fit for you every time. We have a number of people approaching 20, 15 and 10 year anniversaries with the companies for which we recruited them all those years ago. We have tailored our work to meet any HR recruitment need and we deliver these through our three services: Interim, Contingency and Premium
