Elevate Academy is a platform with 5 to 10 min videos on the most critical management topics with watch party guides so people leaders can run interactive trainings internally without having to create all the content. Our content comes from thousands of hours, coaching and training leaders, over the past decade. Our programs are designed with a first principles approach, leveraging neuroscience and psychology-based concepts to create management training programs that are memorable and actually work. At Elevate we bring together on-demand training, in-person workshops, and coaching to meet teams of all sizes where they are, whether that's a team of 200 or a team of 1,000+, our programs scale with you.
