ELEMENT AQUA Information

We are a boutique aquatic fitness studio dedicated to health and wellbeing. We offer aquatic training classes such as aqua cycling, aqua robics, aqua boxing, aqua circuit, etc. We believe that working out in the water is the way of the future. Water exercise can be both strengthening and restorative; it can build endurance while improving flexibility. It is challenging and invigorating and delivers a sensation of lightness and bliss. ELEMENT AQUA is envisioned to give an overall experience in wellbeing : our boutique facility is a haven of comfort and urban design, a place where the body can work hard and the mind can relax, a place for healthy living both inside and out.
