OUR TARGET INVESTMENTS Private Equity: Trinity looks for $2.0 to $10.0 million of EBITDA, a strong leadership team, and a track record of growth. We seek firms for which Trinity's expertise will support improvements to sales strategies, financial controls, management processes, and business plans. Real Estate: Trinity invests in the areas of multifamily, hotel/hospitality, and senior living. This includes new construction and value-add/rehabilitation projects. Energy: Trinity invests in both alternative energy and oil and gas. In the area of oil and gas, investments include royalty-bearing mineral rights and oil leases in West Texas with mature production levels and strong improvement potential.
