Real Estate: Trinity invests in the areas of multifamily, hotel/hospitality, and senior living. This includes new construction and value-add/rehabilitation projects. Energy: Trinity invests in both alternative energy and oil and gas. In the area of oil and gas, investments include royalty-bearing mineral rights and oil leases in West Texas with mature production levels and strong improvement potential.
