Utilising new composite materials manufactured on a production line we are able to provide integral value within the fabric of the structure, significantly improving the structures ‘U’ value, acoustic and fire rating performance. We tailor our design nuanced for the environment in which we develop. East Island Solutions work with leading PVC providers for the communities we develop. Dependent on the community we provide on grid, off grid facilities to ensure a consistent affordable supply of power to the communities which we serve. East Island Solutions recognizes that the long-term value of a community is one that is reliable, efficient, sustainable and accessible. These factors are integral to the yield of an asset. Our Property and Facility Management division incorporates open-source software to ensure transparency in the maintenance and services of our communities. The software offers the opportunity for communities to engage with suppliers for products and services that will enhance their living, whilst understanding the distribution of their service charges to the respective suppliers. Efficient billing and payment for utilities and services engages the community in a collective spirit and shared responsibility. Utilizing the information gained through the digitization of operations we are able to conduct extensive lifecycle analysis of assets providing accurate yield projections and long-term asset viability and investment opportunities.
