Aglass ' Grease Arrestors / Grease Traps are Sydney Water approved for above ground and in ground installations as sufficient pretreatment for trade wastewater from retail food businesses prior to discharge to Sydney Waters sewers. Westfield 's Bondi Junction - Aglass manufactured nine 5000 litre Grease Arrestors to be installed in the renovations of Bondi Junction Westfield's in 2001. In 2005, Westfield 's Parramatta installed five of our 5000 litre Grease Arrestors and 2011 saw the delivery of another five 5000 litre Grease Arrestors to Merrylands Shopping Centre.
