Efico Is a career mentorship and development platform for high-achieving tech talents, graduates or professionals. Our mission is to help talented individuals access career advancement opportunities through undergraduate and fresh graduate mentorship and corporate training and utilize this resources towards climate sustainability. Efico was founded in 2018 in response to the suicide saga that happened at the university of Lagos which was caused as a result of career frustration and delusionment in the academia. In Efico, we believe that the first step to career success is the realization of self, hence, we utilize a personalized self-assessment test to help students know themselves so that they can channel required skills in the direction of their innate abilities. This helps them find their unique place in solving Corporate, societal and economic problems. As a Corporate Social Responsibility, We utilize the skills from some of these talents in our ecosystem through a volunteer-based system to proffer climate education and awareness to vulnerable communities in Nigeria and Africa.
