Effective Ergonomics LLC, is a female owned company established over 10 years ago with a dual mission: 1) To educate workers about ergonomic principles and practices and to help them work in a way that will improve their comfort and efficiency and decrease their risk of injury. 2) To work proactively with employers to help them understand the benefits to worker morale as well as company bottom line, of a solid ergonomic program with a goal to maintain a healthy and productive work force.
