Edwin & Associates Information

Edwin was founded by like-minded individuals who had a passion to help organizations with their talent development challenges. They believed in the value of talent development and envisioned a holistic system that would address each performance improvement challenge individually. They saw the need to connect analysis to talent development interventions which is seldom, if ever, accomplished. They also saw the opportunity to embrace organizations with an innovate approach to talent development and to make organizations more successful. Recognizing the potential and hoping to transform organizations, Edwin & Associates was founded.
