EDN is an Italian company leader in the design and manufacturing of battery chargers and power converters for harsh environment and high-end battery powered electric vehicles. We founded the company in 1993 to invest in innovative battery chargers and power converters. Now, our advanced R&D and manufacturing departments are operational at the new headquarters in Cinisello Balsamo, near Milan. The size of the new plant has allowed the expansion of the production, with the inclusion of new lines and a second shift to cope with the increase in orders, leaving however much room for growth. Moreover, we also have technical and commercial staff in the USA to support our local customers. Since May 2021 we are part of the MTA group. Our attitude and passion for technology, innovation, prime quality, highly qualified customer support, and hard work are the pillars that just in a few years have made EDN a successful company able to reach its worldwide position. Today, EDN is a solid Company operating at international level, with a steadily increasing market share and a leading position in the electric and hybrid vehicles markets; the cutting-edge technologies implemented in our products and the continuous commitment for improvement in quality, exceed expectations and create current and future value.
