Ecuador Mi País (EMP) is a non-governmental organization that was born in August 2005 as an initiative of young Ecuadorian professionals living in the Washington D.C. area that felt a moral imperative and a deep desire to contribute to the social and economic development of their country. EMP also aims to increase public awareness of Ecuador's culture, history, traditions, and tourism.
