By applying an entirely new, decentralized approach to consent management, Ecosteer patented technology assigns data visibility control at its point of origin - any connected device - enabling privacy-centric data exchanges. Based on a patented multicast end-to-end encryption scheme, the Data Visibility Control Overlay allows individuals to directly and unilaterally grant and revoke data visibility to selected stakeholders, automating compliance with the GDPR. Data streams flow from the point of origin to the point of usage encrypted, where they can be decrypted only with the explicit consent of the data owner.
