We provide professional sports teams and athletes with the ability to reach optimum mental performance. Our aim is to develop people and leaders in their sport. Our work is people centric, we aim to change behaviours and mindsets for the benefit of performance and wellbeing. We do this through our experiential learning approach, virtually or in the outdoors. Eclipse was founded in 1990. We have years of experience working with athletes, coaches and high performing teams in sport. Our partner company is Impact, a 40-year-old global creative change agency.
