Echo provides excellent internet service, and even better customer service. We rarely experienced issues with our internet, but when we did we would often get a text or email letting us know they were addressing the problem before we even had a chance to call. If you do have a need to call in, you can expect to speak to someone who is familiar with the network. We once had an issue over the weekend and we had a tech answer the phone and then come to our home to address the problem - same person. No need to walk through the problem with 5 different people before it was resolved. We've moved out of Echo's service area and can't wait until they expand so we can switch back to great internet speeds and great customer service.
