We work with employers across aviation, healthcare, education, facilities management, government, security, finance, and transport & logistics — sectors where recruitment must be done correctly, consistently, and compliantly. Our role is to support faster, safer and fairer recruitment without compromising on safeguarding or regulatory standards. Our software is designed to support hiring teams, providing the structure, visibility and control needed to manage complex screening requirements with confidence. EBC Global is a DBS Responsible Organisation (RO) and Registered DBS Umbrella Body (RB), audited annually by the Disclosure and Barring Service for the past seven years. We are also an approved Digital Identity Service (DVS / IDVT) provider, accredited under the Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF). We are founding members of the Association of RecTech Providers (ARTP) and members of the Better Hiring Institute (BHI), working alongside government and industry to improve safeguarding, modernise criminal record checking, and shape best practice in employment screening.
