The Dubai office serves the Middle East the Asian Sub-Continent, Iran, Azerbaijan and North Africa. The office has active projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Jordan and Oman. The projects in the Dubai office have progressed from a focus on hospitality, to include large mixed-use commercial, residential and hospitality projects such as the recently completed 30 storey twin tower complex, "Oberoi Towers" in Business Bay, Dubai. The Lisbon office operates within the European architectural context, which is rich in building conservation and sensitive to the requirements of cultural heritage. Their portfolio of restorations and refurbishments include "The Grand Hotel Europe" in St Petersburg, Russia, "The Ritz Hotel" in Madrid, "Reids Palace Hotel" in Madeira and "Lapa Palace Hotel" in Lisbon, to name a few. New build projects, include the "Cap Vermell Park Hyatt" Hotel in Mallorca, which is designed on the theme of a traditional Mallorcan village.
