The company was established in response to the growing need for suitably skilled and qualified Project and Development Management professionals, to successfully deliver Projects in the different sectors of the Built Environment. Within the organisation, there is the requisite expertise and collective competence to successfully deliver Projects from “cradle to grave and re-birth”, including pre-feasibilities, financial viability, development funding, procurement, leasing, construction and commissioning. By applying proven skills and techniques to manage the trade-offs between the variables and constraints of a Project, the completion of a Project within budget, time and specification remains our definitive objective.
