Dryfo- Menexopoulos Bros S. A. is a family business, founded in 1951, focusing upon the importing, processing and exporting of nuts, dried fruits, pulses, snacks, cereals and spices. The main aim of the firm’s management and its workforce is to ensure high product quality, increased levels of production and high levels of responsiveness. The products are purchased from selected domestic and worldwide territories. Then they are going through a quality inspection procedure before entering the production process: shelling, roasting, packaging and storing as finished product inventory. The main operation of the business is bulk sales, however upon request the company can provide commercial or retail packages, branded or under a private label. In the domestic market the firm is forwarding the products directly to retailers such as supermarket chains, bakeries, groceries and pastry shops or to a series of distribution networks.
