Druid are an ambitious Property Partner who came about to plug some gaps in the Social Housing and Decent Homes markets. We have qualified Project Managers, Quality Assurance personnel and expert Customer Liaison. The Organisation is accredited with CHAS as a Principal Contractor and we are registered on Construction line. All supervisory personnel have the CITB qualification of Site Management Safety training Scheme (SMSTS) and all site personnel have valid CSCS cards and training for their individual trades and are all certified asbestos aware. We have qualified personnel for working at height; ‘International Powered Access Federation’ (IPAF) and ‘Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association’ (PASMA) allowing us to list some of our competencies as follows: • The full internal package: kitchens and bathrooms and including level access showers, Electrical rewiring, plastering, plumbing, windows and doors and decoration. • All other DDA adaptations such as ramps, lift installation and door widening, • Gas central heating installations, • Minor and major void Refurbishment to the lettable standard, • External and Environmental packages of works such as retaining walls and hard-standings, external wall insulation, roofing, soffit and fascia renewals and • Demolition.
