At Impirica our mission is to create safer communities through the fusion of science and technology. We are an Edmonton based company focused on the commercialization of effective and sustainable impairment testing solutions. We take a performance based approach to evaluating impairment, shifting the question away from what has caused impairment, toward establishing a person’s fitness to perform the tasks that are required of them. Our solutions leverage the power of cognitive science. We use mobile-based cognitive tasks to engage a person’s mind in the same way it would be engaged in a complex real world environment. This provides decision makers with a predictive risk score that empowers a proactive response.
