👋🏼 Hey there, I’m Sara, a Men’s Transformation Guide. 🧔♂️ I guide men at a turning point to rebuild from the inside out and take back control of their lives with the tools to safely break old patterns, process emotions, and find direction. Move from stuck, struggling, and sabotaging the good things in their life, to feeling solid, strong, and driven. 🔥 Resilience is my craft. 🛠️ Coaching, rest, and movement are my power tools. ⚙️ Trauma-informed, body-based, custom-made is how I roll. My specialities are: - Relational trauma and repair - Nervous system regulation - Neuroplastic change - Patterns disruption - Identity and direction - Embodiment I hold multiple certifications in various modalities and have both street creds and book smarts: other than my background and expertise, I hold two business degrees and have a past corporate career. Trust me when I say I learned way more than just “a thing or two” along the way. I take my craft seriously and have built a kick-ass toolbox.
