Projects have included: Major cyber exercise configurations and management for US Cyber Command and key combatant partners. Mission systems engineering - large data processing, analytics, and visualization. Compliance for DoD cyber regulations in support of Pentagon Office of Small Business Programs initiatives. Designed and implemented critical infrastructure cyber range for testing, evaluating ICS solutions, and training DoD and military academy personnel on critical infrastructure. Designed and selected staff, developed operating procedures, and selected tools or security operations center (SOC) to test cyber sensors deployed to networks, correlate threat data for pattern analysis, train military personnel, and accelerate decision action in support of threats to the defense industrial subscriber base. Led test and evaluation of artificial intelligence solutions to determine efficacy and impact on mission and personnel. Creator of critical infrastructure cybersecurity conferences and related cyber exercises. Developed multiple cyber compliance and skills programs for US Government contracts.
