DotComGuy is a company founded by Jim Pascucci to provide location-based technical support services. It offers a web-based application called DotComGuy that works on desktop and mobile devices and allows customers to get technical support services in their small business or home. DotComGuy currently is in beta mode in Southern California, Dallas and Minneapolis. Their service is like Uber, putting customers in touch with a technician quickly and offering much lower markups than traditional companies in this space
