DORIS Research Information

Organizations usually find DORIS when the stakes are high and the answers are not obvious. Maybe a campus needs to consolidate, a workplace is struggling with hybrid norms, or a public-facing service center is frustrating the very people it is meant to serve. We study how real people experience those environments day to day and use that evidence to help leaders align, act, and stay accountable. Our research turns messy, competing priorities into shared language, sharp insights, and practical next steps—so decisions about spaces, resources, and behaviors are grounded in more than hunches or politics. From city halls and utilities to schools, parishes, nonprofits, and private workplaces, we work with mid- to large-scale, mission-driven organizations facing complex people decisions.
