DloHaiti is a for-profit venture providing safe drinking water to consumers in underserved countries such as Haiti. Potable water in our target markets is often purified centrally and delivered by trucks to customers. This model relies on large trucks for transport and is unreliable, dirty, and expensive. DloHaiti improves this model by decentralizing production, putting it closer to consumers. By doing so, DloHaiti can lower the cost of water, improve water quality, and deliver services that improve convenience and access. ​ DloHaiti has water at the center of the brand strategy, sustainably providing an affordable but prized commodity. But the potential goes beyond water. Being a local, trusted provider of clean water brings trust, consumer buy-in, and security while creating a logistics and last-mile distribution operation that serves local merchants daily. By making the supply and distribution chain more efficient for these channels, dloHaiti addresses key logistical and capital availability challenges for small, predominantly women-operated entrepreneurs in Bottom of the Pyramid markets, allowing them to better serve their communities with essential products and services.
