DiverseAbility Teen works with families and schools to ensure that teens with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) achieve post-secondary employment rates on par with neurotypical peers. Through individual coaching with families and web-based workforce development curriculum in schools, were providing education and tools to achieve this goal. We use a four-step research informed intervention called Supported Employment that has been proven the most effective workforce intervention for youth and adults with ASD.
