dinox is a niche CRO operating two investigational sites in Groningen and Berlin. Our expertise is gynaecological endocrinology and female sexual health. dinox Medical Investigations BV was founded 1993 in Nijmegen by Dr Christine Klipping This site moved to Groningen in 2004. Till today dinox continues to conduct trials with the specific requirements of studies in females. There was a great need for an investigational site to cope with the logistic challenge of large numbers of subjects (up to 200) requiring cycle dependent TVUS with frequent blood sampling e.g. for the assessment of follicular growth. In close connection with CRO's providing overnight stays in Groningen, also PK/PD studies can be performed. dinox Clinical Research GmbH was founded in 1999 by Dr Christine Klipping and Dr Doris Heger-Mahn as a second investigational site where large female target populations of all ages and other specific medical features are accessible. Both founders of the dinox group have strong expertise in the fields of gynaecological endocrinology and clinical pharmacology and have many years of experience in TVUS. The ability to conduct trials under the same conditions with a highly qualified staff at two investigational sites enables the dinox group to recruit large numbers of volunteers for trials while generating reliable and consistent data. The founders of dinox have frequently served as consultants in clinical development, in selection of pharmacodynamic assessments, and in the interpretation of data from TVUS and hormone analyses.
