Diligised is developing a structured platform and assessment process that helps project initiators turn project data, documents, assumptions, and evidence into a clearer, decision-ready view of the opportunity. The platform combines guided project intake, document and evidence management, translation, readiness assessment, due diligence workflows, structured feedback, and AI-assisted analysis. This allows gaps, risks, dependencies, and value drivers to be identified earlier and presented in a more consistent and transparent format. Diligised supports projects at different stages of development. Early-stage projects can be guided toward the evidence, decisions, and next steps required to mature. More advanced projects can be organized and assessed for institutional readiness, helping them progress toward financing, partnership, and delivery. We also work to connect suitable projects with aligned investors, funders, insurers, corporate structuring specialists, engineering providers, and operating partners. Our focus is on identifying where value exists within a project, clarifying what prevents that value from being realized, and creating the structure, evidence, and governance needed to move the project forward.
