Digmaa lets home builders create a relationship with the buyer that is above and beyond anything else out there in the market as of today. We allow the builder to keep their clients updated throughout each phase of the building process. Bottom line is, we are a research/promotion for ALL things home building, with a focus on the builder/buyer relationship. As for banks, we will help them save thousands a year by sending advisors out to confirm a certain phase has been completed, with geo location photos or videos taken by the builder themselves and uploaded to Digmaa, that will help funding go faster and less money spent on the banks side for sending advisors out to confirm a phase is done. Overall it will create more name recognition for banks, builders, and agents as others see the relationship build throughout the whole process from start to finish as all of this is public as well. Plus much easier on the buyer staying updated. Digmaa helps #CustomHome builders & all involved increase their exposure while giving the best experience to their clients.
