With a background in accounting and finance I work with businesses to reduce cost and complexity, organise their procurement and manage their contractual relationships to deliver a much higher ROI. I have established new boards for founders looking to exit in 3-5 years, helping them appoint operational expertise to maximise valuation at exit, in addition to governance, and due diligence preparation.
