DigiHost is a privately held corporation based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. DigiHost was founded in January of 1994 by David Geier, a Stanford University graduate in Electrical Engineering with over 20 years of computer, network, and Internet experience. During this time, one of the first control panels in the field was designed and deployed. In 1998 the reseller and the "Stealth Services" was created to allow resellers their own portal for their customers. During the later part of 2001 and 2002 Digihost Inc. introduced many new products to serve a more diverse customer base, including Dedicated servers and Co-Location.
