Diehl Group Architects is a forensic architecture firm specializing in building envelope and waterproofing failure investigations related to construction defect and pre-litigation matters. Our work focuses on evaluating the cause, extent, and performance of building envelope assemblies, including balconies, podium decks, and related waterproofing systems in multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial construction. We are frequently retained to assist with early case evaluation, forensic investigations, and expert reports addressing issues such as water intrusion, moisture-related damage, and alleged construction defects.
