The Brown Studio Information

The studio was established by husband and wife team, Lindsay and Rory Brown in 2006. Lindsay began his career in architecture at the age of 16 and has since worked continuously to define a building type and object sensitivity of distinct clarity. Lindsay graduated from The University of Oklahoma’s School of Architecture where he explored the work of Bruce Goff. Rory graduated with an Environmental Study’s degree from UC Santa Cruz and has focused her passion for space planning and interior design as the studio’s leading force behind defining an appropriate modern interior environment for each project. Rory’s aesthetic appreciation was inherited from her family history in the highly textural and dramatically expressive nature of the Hollywood theater and film industry.
