Pathways’ unique approach provides access to a broad range of innovative energy solutions, including design and implementation of energy-saving products, retrofit, energy conservation, energy infrastructure, power generation, and energy supply. With our innovative approach, you can measure and control your energy consumption on a month-to-month basis through a smart meter. And, unlike the balance sheet guarantee of an ESCO, all energy performance guarantees are covered by a state-regulated insurance policy, meaning upgrades are done with no risk to the building owner. Upgrades are provided at a fixed monthly operating fee and are insured to deliver net reduction in energy expenses.
